Her plan is much simpler than that. Her assumption is that Noynoy will win with runner-up Villar leading the opposition who'd have to form a coalition with GMA's PaLaKa to control both houses of Congress. So Noynoy, to deal with an unfriendly Congress, would have to go slow with would-be Speaker Gloria Arroyo! Very clever move!
