This blog was created not to push for any political candidate but to examine the Philippine political process that has allowed this country to go to the dogs and to stay there.
I believe the true test of a democratic nation is the ability of its people to sack its leaders ritually through fraud-free elections. And sometimes extraordinarily through revolution, but that should be pretty rare.
I also hope to write about Mindanao, terrorism, the challenges of living in Manila – anything that has to do with this benighted, beloved country.
I am sure I will offend some people and please some. It can’t be helped.
I welcome all comments, especially the negative ones. But I reserve the right to delete any comment that will offend race or religion. Don’t worry, I’m pretty broad-minded in this respect.
Enjoy…

Ms. Anonymous, you have no right to say to ms. Raissa the words “kawawa ka naman.”
this is a free country so everybody can say what ever they want to say..
we are all subjected to our freedom. ok??

mam i quote from your blog ” I believe the true test of a democratic nation is the ability of its people to sack its leaders ritually through fraud-free elections.” I believe in what you say. its getting hard though to do that specially since some in media- the public’s primary source of information- have been corrupted. I think we should watch media too. There is this site that gives a commentary on how abs-cbn does its news.
The site is : http://abs-cbnnewscommentary.blogspot.com . The commentary might complement your quest to help the Philippines not go further into dogsville.
